Sep 14, 2017 · After disabling the device the Playback Devices menu opens instantly again. I also noticed in the playback menu when it did finally open. Right clicking and showing both disabled and disconnected devices allowed me to see some extras in the list. When right clicking on some of the extras HDMI Audio for example the right click menu was slow to open.
